Equipment main description:
Hot bending furnace is made adopting Europe advanced technology with high energy saving capacity. The equipment is a two layer structure, composed of lifter, glass wagons, pre-heat room, heating room, hot air circulatory system and electric controlling system. Heating component adopts Far-IR silica tube. The work principle is to lift the glass to top layer for pre-heating, heating and shaping, then go through the lower layer for cooling down.
 
Continuous hot bending furnace is integrated frame structure, welded by profile steel. Totally 22 rooms (we can make it to be 22 according to buyer’s request), top layer has 11 rooms and lower layer has 11 rooms. There’s lifting device at both end of furnace to form a circulatory work action.
 
The transmission is controlled by PLC program; the speed is adjustable and high accurate positioning. The lifting is controlled by a separated controller.
 
Temperature is controlled by intelligent instrument, which is able to control and display the temperature according to the processing technology.
 
In pre-heating rooms, room 1 to 9 is one point temperature control, room 10 is double points temperature control, room 11 is triple points temperature control. Temperature in each room is controlled in the range of technology requirement. 
 
Automatic temperature control, in the shaping rooms, temperature can also controlled manually. Over-heat alarm is available when there’s exceptional change, fan error, transmission error or lift error.
