Automatic Feeding Device

Application
This device is composed of vacuum system,hydraulic pressure system,transporting system and feeding system.There are four wheels under the frame traveling forwards and backwards on the track;suction arms are fixed on the suction frame with three suction cups on each suction arm,the suction arm vertically upturns when suction frame traveling forwards and vacuum pump starts woking enabling suction cups sucking glass and upturning to level position when suction cups touch glass on the suction frame while synchronously sending the item to cutting table as suction frame traveling backwards to a fixed position.The whole process is controlled by PLC,in addition,a manual control button is installed on the control panel for conwenience.
